It is time to celebrate PRIDE and Diversity in 2021. After the global pandemic halted in person celebrations last year we all need some time together to celebrate one another. PRIDE is the one time a year when we can come together and be surrounded by the family we choose. Because our bodies and our identities are still policed by government, religious groups, and even the people we love, we reserve PRIDE as the opportunity to express ourselves in the way that is most authentic to our community. We are allowed to have multiple feelings simultaneously as we celebrate our wins and mourn our losses TOGETHER as a community.
